The Endacott and Emerson Collection is composed of newspaper clippings detailing Hong Kong history (mostly related to World War II), lecture notes, and journals, magazines, and documentation of the Stanley Prison Camp.

Content Description This collection contains 53 letters from John Gerald Heath Lander to his wife Betty written in 1941. At the time John was in Hong Kong and Kathleen Elizabeth Francis Lander (Betty) was in the Philippines. Also included is one CD that contains scanned copies of the letters as well as a background on the letters and the Lander family.
